How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed per vehicle and start as soon as you subscribe. Adjust the number of vehicles anytime, and cancel whenever you like — you keep access through the end of the paid period.
How is pricing determined?
Fleet Personal is $14.99/month and covers one vehicle. Every Sentrick plan is monthly with no minimum term — cancel anytime. Additional vehicles are $12.99/month each. Larger fleets and public-sector pricing are quoted individually — talk to us.
Do I need hardware?
You need a compatible device on what you want monitored. Buy a Sentrick tracker outright, or the platform is vendor-neutral, so compatible devices you already run may work too.
Who owns the data?
You do. The platform is built with encryption, role-based access, and configurable retention so you keep control of your records — important for enterprise and public-sector programs.
Can I integrate it with my existing systems?
Yes — the Enterprise plan includes an open API so BSIP™ status and events can flow into your existing tooling and dashboards.
